Look what the cat dragged in.
Victor is still having troubles being outside. Thursday morning as I was leaving for work I found him outside breathing really hard and having a hard time walking. I thought there was a problem. There in fact was a problem, however it was not so much medical. He was not adjusting to being outside. However at first I thought it was a medical problem, so I put him in his kitty carrier and set him in my truck. We went to work. Once in the truck, his breathing slowed down and he seemed much better. After a while I set him in one of the bathrooms and let him out of the kitty carrier. I gave him some water. I decided that it was more urgent that I get half of the garage partitioned off. I called Dan Carpenter about helping build something. We met at lunch time and told him what I was thinking. So, he worked on it while I was at work. I got home and he needed help handing the door, which is about 8 feet by 8 feet. I also helped with a few other things. But as the time marched on, I had to get ready for my softball game. We were playing against Green's Cleaners. If we won this game we would be in the finals. Green's and Tax Dodgers are playing at 7:15 on Tuesday for the loser bracket. The winner of that game will play us at 8:30 for the champion. Should we lose that game, there will be a second game at 9:45 against that same team. This is a double elimination tournament. We won by only a few points and now are in the driver seat for Tuesday. Afterwards Garrett and I went to the bar to have some drinks with the team. Around midnight everyone was leaving so I gave Garrett a ride home and went home myself.
Friday I had to leave for Brush Prairie for a softball tournament. So, I thought I would get some laundry done before the morning. The laundry mat was closed and locked at 10 pm. So, I reviewed the applications for the position at the City of Colfax, in the IT department.
