Cougar Football Saturday - Oregon Ducks

I got up after having a dream that the job working as a computer tech for CAHE that I interviewed for was given to someone else. I was mad. It seemed that it went to a girl in a sorority. It was like she was not qualified to even have the job.

The Oregon Ducks were coming to town and the Cougs need to win. I drove to Pullman and stopped at my office before heading to the campus. I ended up parking way down on Spokane Street. I got my stuff and walked up towards the stadium. I hung out in the CUB for a while and then decided to go to the field. I found a good seat at about the fifty yard line. I was going to meet Ben there. I had two seats saved. Time was melting away as the stadium started to get more and more full.

I called Ben once he said he would be coming in a while. An hour and a half later I did not see him so I called again. There was no answer on his phone. Ben and I did not hook up so I gave up the seats I was saving. There were a bunch of frat boys sitting around us. One of them had really cool looking blue eyes. When I had a chance I looked at them. They were great.

The game got under way it was a sea saw battle for most of the game. We had a good lead on them in the forth quarter. Then we let them come back and with about ninety seconds to go they scored the go ahead points. We tried to drive down the field but went four and out. We lost a game we should have won. I was disappointed by that.

I made my way back to my truck. I was down about that loss. I was still on call for the coroners office. Nothing came in.
