New Madden 2005 football league

I got up this afternoon and I was sitting around the house. I started to watch a movie and TV and ended up staying until that was over with. I was going to go to Ryan's apartment. With the new Madden game I figured we would play that for a while. I got a pizza on the way and. We had some pizza and then set up a league and a franchise for each of us. I am the Seahawks and he is Kansas City. We did a draft. That took a while to get through the forty-nine rounds. I got Brett Farve as my QB. I got a pretty good offense and a decent defense. Ryan got a strong defense and a bad offense.

We started with the preseason. I won my first two games. He was losing with his defense getting burned and his offense sputter. My team is more balanced. We skipped the next two games and went to the regular season.

We went to Jack in the Box and got dinner at about midnight. We were going to what Third Watch from last night. But it was not on. So we went back to football.

I won my first two games. Then I played one last game about four in the morning. I was losing by two touchdowns in the forth quarter. I was able to finally catch up. We went to over time. I won the toss. I got the ball and I was running out of time on my first play call. So I hit one quick. I expect a pass. But it was a run. My guy got the hand off and stood there for a second because I was watching the receivers. The other team hit my guy... FUMBLE!!!! NO!!!! They kicked a field goal two plays later and beat me. I think now I will play for a win and not over time. I was crushed by the defeat after coming back from a two touchdown deficit and worse off on a fumble.
I went home a crushed man and went to bed.
