No training

I am covering for Jason at the fire department so I am on call and I have to go to Pullman. I originally planned to stay in Colfax and go to bed early. I got to Pullman and found out there was no training, so I invited John and Dan over to poker. We met at Station Thirty Four (my office) and played there for a few hours. I ended up losing about four dollars to John. I think I won a few bucks from Dan.

I got an e-mail from Joey and Jer. It was nice to hear from them. Joey said that he will be getting back into the Pullman area after New Years and that we all should go out for a beer. Jer had bad news. He said he is leaving WSU. That was sucky. I just got him back on my softball team. He is fun to be around and a good guy. He will be missed.
