SuperBowl Sunday should be a holiday.

I woke up Sunday morning and headed to Colfax. I was tired so I went to sleep a little while longer. Amber came in and shared my bed for a while. Then she left and I slept some more. Finally I got up about noon and headed to the store to get stuff for the SuperBowl party.

I went to the fire station and no one was there. I was a little earlier than everyone else. I got the bean dip ready. About two pm others started to show up. We played some poker until the game started. Then we started to watch the game. I had to leave about fifteen minutes after the game started to work at the jail. I got there and no one was watching the game. In fact they were watching something else.

I was mad I was missing the party because I had to work, and I was missing the game because no one wanted to watch it. I also had the first four on the floor so I had to serve dinner and release three people. I missed most of the game. It was a slow uneventful night over all.
