Goodbye Jeff

Wow, a lot of e-mail has flown around about the trip to St. Maries that is coming up. I am going to be running the team up there. We did not have enough people from the My Office team going, so I have been recruiting people. One guy I am getting is Brad. He is a nice guy, but I have heard some people on my team talk like they don't like him. I think though once people actually get to meet him they will change their tune. He has a friend who will be coming and I have Chris coming. That is exciting. Chris is an old player from the Valley Road Nadirs, plus he did play for My Office last year. On Friday we are going to meet for beer at My Office.

I was talking with some of my friends about going. I was trying to get Ryan to go. He refuses to go. He says he would only have fun playing softball. I asked what about the camping, and drinking? That is fun. What about just spending time with his friend? What is wrong with that? I also talked to Kristine and Russell about going. I am not sure if they will make it or not, but I think it would be fun to have them around.

I was working to help pull fiber optic cable for the new building we are going to be in. While we were doing that another county employee who is a big M's fan said that the Mariner's had traded away Jeff Nelson! I could not believe it. I love Nelly. He is now with the Yankee's. What is up with that crap? ARod said in an interview that with Nelson the Yankee's are ready to go all the way. I am very disappointed.

I had to work in the jail again this evening. It was as uneventful as ever. I did my rounds and that was about it. After I got off, I hung around and chatted with Dale and Perry for a while. Then I went to my office downstairs and worked on a few things. I got home around three in the morning and I decided that I was going to sleep all night long.
