Lazy days of summer... er.. fall

I slept to nearly two pm. I got up in time to listen to the end of the WSU vs UCLA football game. The Cougs won and still have bowl hopes alive. I was pretty stoked that they won.

I ate some eggs and hung around the house all day. At about five-thirty I went to my brothers house to watch the boys. Jon and Lisa were going out to dinner for Lisa's birthday. Justin and I play Monopoly on the computer and Logan play a computer game on his computer.

Then we went into the play room and watched Garfield. Shortly before the end of the movie Jon and Lisa got back. We all watched the end of the movie and then I left. I went to Diamond Lil's again. I wanted to play some more Texas Hold'em.

I did not do as well as yesterday. I kept grinding away. One hand I have strung suited cards. It was the four and five of spades. I thought about playing them and then decided not to. On the flop a two and three of spades came out. My heart jumped into my throat. I was thinking that if the six of spades came I would freak out. I was thinking, what are the chances of that. The turn was a six of spades!!! I threw away the chance for a straight-flush! I could feel my heart pounding knowing what I did.

That is the kind of thing that make someone play dumb sometimes. I realized I had to keep my game the way I play it. Thankfully it was a pretty small pot. If it had been huge I would have died.

A while later I was down to about fourteen dollars. I decided I would need to go all in soon. I found a good hand. I raised the blind. Someone else raise and so did someone else. It was sixteen bucks before the flop and there were about seven people in. That was a nice pot that I was part of. I ended up winning it. When the blind got back to me I decided to leave. I walked out with about six plus bucks rather than walking out broke.

I went home and got to bed closer to four am.
