A day of failing and success

With the morning came sleep. With the afternoon came time to wake up and get going on the day. I wanted to get my four wheeler and the Bumblebee up and running.

The Bumblebee at Ocean Shores in ninety-Four

The Bumblebee is a Nineteen-Eighty Toyota Four by Four. It was my brothers truck in from nineteen-eighty-three to nineteen-eighty-nine. We he got the truck, it was plain yellow. He designed the stripes and had them painted on, the roll bars, the tube-bumpers, and the sun roof. I had a new engine put in after I got it. It was my first car and I still have it. It was my daily driving vehicle until the mid-nineties. I got a SAAB. But I wanted to go back to the Bumblebee. I did and it again was my daily driver until I got my Dodge Dakota back in two thousand before moving to California.

Since that time it has been driven very little. It is getting very old and I want to get it back into shape and drive it more often. That truck is near to my heart. So I gave it a jump and it started up quickly. I let it run for a while, but the battery did not get much of a charge. It did not have enough juice to start the truck again. I put a battery charger on it, but the charger would not charge it. I think I may need a new battery. So I failed in my task. I did not get the four wheeler's battery charged either. I am oh for two.

I met one of my contractors in Pullman. I got her signed for another three months. I also got her a key to the office. I set her up to get Dell jobs as well. I went back to Colfax. I hit Rosaures for dinner and went to the Sheriff's Office.

I had to get my report printed off and turned in. While I was there I worked on my form some more and made the layout even better than I had it on Friday. Things were sectioned together to make it more logical. I printed off several copies for using in the field.

Rick was there and needed some computer help. He needed some help setting up computer to run Spillman on the USB port replicator. Then I helped him with a few other computer issues he had. He said it is hard to get help like they use to before I left.

After helping out for a while I was there longer than I planned. I went home and watched some TV and had dinner. I went to bed and set my alarm clock so I could get up and get to work in the morning.
