Poker party

I got up Saturday morning after only a few hours of sleep, and then decided I would sleep a little bit more. I got up at eight o'clock. I was driving back to Colfax and I was feeling a little blue. I will go on drives when I am blue. I will listen to depressing music and drive fast. I drove the Albion road to SR one-ninety-five. I crossed it to Klemgard road. That turned into SR one-ninety-four. I drove that towards Colfax. Then I turned off on a road that would take me towards highway twenty-six. Then I drove that into Colfax. I stopped at the fire station and chatted with Carl Thompson for a while. I was there for about an hour when a call came in. It was a lady who had fallen at the nursing home.

She was my patient. I did the paperwork and handed her off to the hospital. When I got back to the station I left to get the Bumblebee. Bumblebee is my Nineteen-Eighty Toyota four by four. I have had it for more than fourteen years. It has been in the family since eighty-three. I brought it to the fire station to wash it and clean it up a little bit. I was wasting some time before the bar-b-q at Ron and Heather's house.

I hung out at the fire station. The bar-b-q started at two o'clock pm. I did not want to get there early. I was a little unsure if I was going to go for sure or not. I still feel very bad about being left out of the softball tournament by my "friends". I feel like though I am their "friend" when it comes to making a choice I am assed out.

I did go up there. I drove the Bumblebee. Its registration expired about two years ago. So I knew driving it was instant PC to be pulled over. Therefore I could not have much to drink. I had a beer. When I got there the food was almost ready to be served. I had a couple hamburgers, some beans, and chips. It was very good. We sat around and talked for a while, then it was off to the Texas Hold'em poker game.

I had to scrounge together ten dollars. So I have about six dollars worth of penny's. I bought in, so did Jason, Suz, Jay, Brad, Ron, and Dan. Suz was the first to go followed by Jason. I hovered the break even point, and then at some point I started to win money. I ended up winning a total of twenty dollars. Jay was doing good as well.
