Working in the jail... boring

I got to bed pretty early this morning. Close it six am. I slept until about one pm. I got up and just laid around for the most part. I got a load of laundry going. I went to the office for a little while.

At four pm I had to work in the jail. First thing I did was help to hold a hearing on an inmate who had broken the rules. During the hearing he lied to us. He was written up for another hearing for lying, plus he got in trouble for this first one. Things will be bad on him on the second one since he now has history.

The rest of the evening was much more uneventful. It did nicely drag on. I took the first four rounds. Oh my, did it drag on. Finally midnight rolled around and I went to the basement and ran a mile and did an upperbody workout.

I went home and watched some TV before going to bed. It was nice that I did not have to go to work in the morning on Monday since it is a holiday.
