First team get-together.

I woke up this morning with Amber on my bed with me. She is a good girl and did not wake me up at all. I got up and played with her a little while before letting her outside to go to the bathroom.

I was looking for an article from the Daily Evergreen on my stash of newspaper articles. The article I wanted was from ninety-eight and the stack I was going through was from ninety-four. Needless to say I did not find it.

I was running behind as I was planning on being at Zeppoz at one o'clock pm. It was about twelve-thirty and I still needed to pick up Ryan. I headed out and called Ryan's roommate, Meredith, to have her let Ryan know to be ready for me. I made it to Pullman in less than twenty minutes and the got Ryan. We made it to Zeppoz at one on the nose. Dan and Michele, Ron and Heather, and Joe and Marliss were already there. Ryan and I talked to them for a minute or two then headed into the bar area. We were going to get a large table for all of us.

We were having an IM softball team get together. Dave was the first to show up. I had a pitcher of beer on the table and offered Dave a glass. The others who were bowling came over and joined us. Dan had to go to work. We talked about softball and getting the team together. Mark showed up about one hour late like he said he would. Chief came as well. Matt and Aaron made it. But they got there pretty late. Aaron is now twenty-one so he bought some beer.

Matt, Eddie, Ron, and Joe played a golf game. So Aaron and I went into the casino and played cards. Aaron won sixty dollars. It was his first time in a casino. We played Texas Shoot-out. He did well. Russell was there so he stopped over and said hi to us. Everyone who filtered in also filtered out.

Dan and Michele were subs in a bowling league and they had to bowl. So we watched them. I also went back in and played some more cards. I sat at a table with my football coach. We were playing Black Jack. I won some money and I ended up walking out of the casino only down ten dollars from when I started the day. After Dan and Michele were down bowling Ryan and I went back to Ryan's apartment. We watched Anger Management before I went home to go to bed.
