Paybacks are not fun.

I was paying for yesterday. I was in a lot of pain. My ankle really hurt. I took some hydrocodone. I did not want to have to rely on the hard drugs, but at that time the pain was really bad. I don't think I would have needed them if I had kept my ankle elevated.

I spent almost the whole day with my ankle elevated. While it was elevated it was making a difference. I watched some movies. I stayed up until about eleven pm. I was not sure if I wanted to stay up and watch more TV or just go to bed. I decided to go to bed.
