Officer Anderson at your service

A day to relax was today. I slept in because I could. I did not get to bed until the wee hours of the morning and I had no plans for the day other than working at the jail. I got up around two pm. I moped around for a while and then got ready to work. I grabbed a late lunch from Rosauers. It was off to jail after that.

I worked with Sam and Mark. It was pretty uneventful. I got a little bit done on the inmate manual I am working on re-writing. I did a round and worked control most of the evening. I had my fire pager in case a call came out. It was quiet there too. When midnight rolled around I went to the front office. I chatted and joked with Bryce, Rob, and Jimmy.

I call came out that was a shooting of an automatic weapon in Pullman. The Pullman cops asked for help. It was not a for sure shooting. It could have been fireworks as well. With how quickly the guys returned I assume it was a false alarm.

I went home and watched TV for a while. I had my interview in the afternoon. I did not need to get to bed too early, but I wanted to sleep for eight hours so I made sure that happened.
