Fire training for real.

Tuesday morning came and I was a little bit tired. I got up and made it in to work. The day was spent in the Health Department again getting computers up and running with Windows XP and getting a new computer up and running. At about six-thirty pm I went to the fire department. I had dinner and then we were going to have training at the fairgrounds. Soon it was about seven o'clock and the tones go off for a structure fire. We were all there and most everyone was wearing their wildland gear. Everyone had to get their bunkers on and then getting to the a rig. I got into Rescue Eleven. We were on scene in no time. It turned out to be a mattress fire and no one was injured. By the time the scene was cleaned up and we got back, it was about eight-thirty. So we called it a night. I went to the control room in the jail. I hung out there for about three hours chatting with Curtis and Jeremy. We watched the Family Guy.
